Home Glo Decor reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on homeglodecor.com immediately. If you refuse to accept the policy, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Home Glo Decor immediately.
All customers or suppliers are deemed to accept the rules if they are using the services provided by Home Glo Decor.

For after-sales issues, customers should file a return & refund request within 30 days of the delivery date. If the period of the Return & Refund request filed exceeds 30 days, we reserve the right not to provide any after-sales service after that time.
**Before an order is processed, the customer can apply to cancel the order at https://www.homeglodecor.com/contact-us to cancel the order by 2 pm PST of each business day. All orders placed after 2 pm PST, will be processed the following business day by 2 pm PST.**
**Please note** Orders that are in process cannot be canceled before the order is shipped out.
*If our supplier cannot fulfill an order within the order processing time indicated on Home Glo Decor's product page, under the condition, but not limited to no stock or other conditions, our supplier has the right to cancel and refund the order.
*Home Glo Decor makes every effort to keep inventories current with all suppliers.
*If the customer receives damaged or broken goods and applies for a refund, the customer will be supplied with a prepaid return label within 3 business days to return damaged/broken goods, which need to be returned. In some instances, compelling evidence will be needed to process a return. The refund to the customer will be issued when the returned item appears as “In Transit” on the logistic website with the provided prepaid return label. Once the customer submits the after-sales request, the buyer must provide evidence (if required) to Home Glo Decor. Home Glo Decor has the right to reject the return and refund request if the customer cannot provide compelling evidence within the order's after-sales 30-day period.
Home Glo Decor restricts the refund and/or re-delivery time under the condition of no more than 3 business days for a refund or 5 business days for re-deliveries.
If we agree to accept a "non-defective remorse return", the customer will be charged a "restocking & repacking fee" of up to 35% of the total order price, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Customers can find warranty coverage details on each individual product page in the product features of Home Glo Decor’s Website. The product may not include a warranty if a warranty is not stated.
Under Various Circumstances:
The customer can apply for a full refund for the order not shipped out within the stated processing time (subject to the estimated processing time displayed on the order page).
Return & Refund Type
Home Glo Decor Rules
The Return & Refund request is made after the stated processing time on the order page. Home Glo Decor will refund the order within 3 business days after the customer submits a request. **Please note: Although the order is still within the stated processing time, any refund request needs to be processed within the time listed above**.
When a Return & Refund request is made, Home Glo Decor has 10 business days to process and refund the order after the customer submits a request.
If the package is sent back to our supplier during transit for any reason, and the customer applies for a refund, the supplier should refund within 3 business days of the refund request. Under the same cases, if the buyer requests re-delivery, the supplier should begin re-delivery within 5 business days of the request date.
If the package/goods are destroyed in transit, and the customer has proof from the logistics website, such as but not limited to a screenshot from the logistics website, that the order was destroyed, a refund of the order will be processed within 3 business days of a customer’s refund request, or redelivery within 5 business days of the request.
If the customer puts the wrong information on an order, the customer should contact Home Glo Decor customer service immediately to request an update to the order with the correct receipt information. **Please note that receipt information correction or order cancellation is not guaranteed. The customer must contact the logistics company with the correct information if the order has already shipped out.
If the goods have been delivered to the wrong receipt, the customer can attempt to send back the products at his/her own expense. If the goods are returned in good condition, the supplier shall refund the order within 3 business days of receiving the goods, as buyer’s refund request, or begin re-delivery within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
**Please note: The customer will additionally be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
The customer will bear the losses if the order cannot be corrected or returned.
(package breakage/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods/quality problems)
If the customer detects any problem upon receipt (damaged package/significantly not as described/missing or wrong goods or other quality problems), the customer should...
Provide a refund or re-delivery request with valid proof (photos/videos of goods received that show the problem clearly).
After the customer files a request on Home Glo Decor, our supplier will check the proof and give a response within 3 business days.
If the proof checked by the supplier does not show the problem clearly or if the proof checked by Home Glo Decor does not show the problem clearly, the proof is invalid, and the supplier/Home Glo Decor has the right to reject the customer’s refund request.
If the customer’s proof shows a problem clearly after being checked by Home Glo Decor, the proof checking time shall not be more than 3 business days, and if the goods need to be returned to get a refund, we should provide the customer with a prepaid return label within 3 business days of proof approval, and refund the order when the return shows in transit on the logistics website searched by tracking number the customer uploaded within 3 business days. If the goods do not need to be returned, Home Glo Decor should refund the order within 3 business days of the refund request.
If proof is valid, and the customer requests re-delivery, the supplier should re-deliver within 5 business days of proof approval. **Please note** Suppliers can refund orders if the re-delivery products are out of stock. Customers can reorder products when the products are restocked.**

Invalid Tracking information
If Home Glo Decor verifies the tracking number is wrong, and our supplier fails to provide the correct one within 4 business days, Home Glo Decor will refund the order.
Untimely Tracking Info Updates
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 7 business days after the label is created that is showing on the logistic website, and the customer applies for a refund, Home Glo Decor will refund the order within 3 business days of a customer’s request. **Please Note: this clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Too-long of Shipping Period
If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time by 10 days or more and our supplier fails to provide valid tracking updated info, the customer may apply for a refund. Home Glo Decor requires supplier refund order within 3 business days as the customer requests. **Please Note: this clause is not applicable for special times/periods such as holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
When encountering holidays, COVID-19, abnormal weather, or other unforeseen situations, the customer should contact us with the order number to solve the goods or logistics issue.
Home Glo Decor will try its best to assist customers in these special circumstances in a timely manner. After notifying Home Glo Decor, customers should expect a decision on these issues from Home Glo Decor as soon as possible, not exceeding two weeks.
